I am fully trained in bereavement support and undertake regular training in grief and loss.
I see many clients who feel overwhelmed or ‘stuck’ in their grief, unable to imagine a future without their loved one.
Offering a safe and compassionate space, I gently support them to move from the comfort of a loving presence to the warmth of a loving absence, enabling them to live alongside their grief and find new meaning in their lives.
In my work as an associate counsellor for a community interest company I have a keen interest in how broken attachments can impact on relationships. I work with clients to explore their relational history and their own attachment styles, looking at ways in which relationships can heal and improve.
I am fully insured and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
